Jaime Lozada, EFDA – Owner & Instructor
Jaime Lozada has been in the dental field since 1995, starting his career through the US Army. After transitioning to the civilian sector, Jaime continued his passion for dentistry and now serves as the owner and instructor at Aim Dental Assisting Academy. With a deep commitment to the field, Jaime loves sharing his knowledge and helping students build a fulfilling and rewarding career in dental assisting. Jaime’s extensive experience, combined with his love for teaching, makes him a valuable mentor to all students.

Halen Davis – Instructor
Halen Davis is a registered nurse and a dental assistant with over 8 years of experience. While she works full-time as a nurse, Halen continues to practice dental assisting, as it is one of her true passions. Halen is passionate about teaching and inspiring the next generation of dental professionals. Having gone through the same training herself, Halen is dedicated to supporting students through the learning process, helping them grow in both skill and confidence.

Ronnie Thompson – Instructor
Ronnie Thompson brings over 11 years of experience in dentistry to the classroom. Before entering the dental field, Ronnie played college football at the University of South Carolina, and now he’s dedicated to helping students succeed in their dental careers. Ronnie is passionate about patient care and enjoys sharing his expertise with students, ensuring they are well-prepared to make a positive impact on their patients’ oral health.
